Aside from waiting to check in for 30 minutes in the lobby, the hosts were accommodating and responsive and a lovely family. Great accommodation and location. Marina market is fabulous. Restaurants are delicious. Short walk to beach and golf course. Condo itself is lovely and well stocked. Very comfortable and a beautiful home away from home. Recommended.

The hosts, Henrietta and Chad were outstanding. Also, the Location on the ground floor with a very very green privacy screen in front of us could not have been better. Very lush! Finally, the temperature was perfect, eastern exposure to the rising sun and by mid afternoon nicely shaded from the hot Westerly sun.

Great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The property is very well kept. The pool area is very clean, awesone and very relaxing. Our condo was very clean and well appointed. There was a good selection of dishes and cooking utensils for use. The washer and dryer worked flawlessly. The bbq on the terrace was a welcomed surprise! The location in the marina has everything you could need. We felt very safe walkkng around the area as well. Our host Henri was very responsive but respected our privacy. We will definitely be back and encourage anyone to book this property.

Such an amazing stay! The condo was perfectly clean and welcoming. The location was spot-on. Henri was an awesome host - reliable and available if we had any questions during our stay - but everything was in such good order we could just enjoy ourselves and relax. Great place in a nice location. Very close to the airport and a short taxi to main tourist areas. Henri was a great host.

We were greeted by our hosts Henri and Chad. They have condo next to the one we were staying at. We couldn’t ask for better hosts. So wonderful and accommodating!!! 20 out of 10!!!!

Beautiful

Beautiful little piece of paradise right on the marina. There was a little service road next-door that made deliveries, but not bothersome.Our hosts, Henri and Chad were so kind. If you needed anything, they were there for us.Definitely a relaxing holiday. Can’t wait to go back!

Owners close by and very hospitable-Chad lowned me his phone for two hours to solve an emergency-Henrietta is upbeat and cheerful. The apartment is cozy and clean. It is close to the marina with lots of restaurants and sports bars. WE often ate on the large patio which faces a green setting. (G There is a parking lot nearby which can be noisy in the morning from service vehicles, foot traffic etc. Over all it was generally quiet.and we had no trouble sleeping in the king sized bed The pool is big but cool and is secluded. Lots of friendly Canadians at this location. It is a 10 minute stroll to the beach and the bus stop which takes you right downtown. We had 24 days here and were able to bang around and see the sights.we s

Wonderful property

My wife and I truly enjoyed the 10 days we spent at this property. We enjoy the marina and visiting some of our friends who work at a nearby hotel. The property's location allowed us to enjoy both. Very clean room, stocked with enough essentials to get you started. Property owner, Henri, was an excellent communicator from the time I booked our room until we checked-out. Neither my wife, or I have nothing but good things to say about this property and the manager!

Cozy and comfortable

Location and amenities were great as you didn’t need a vehicle to get things. The place was cleal with everything you need.. it was a home away from home.
