Hi! I’m Jeannine. For years, my family and I have been chasing the Florida sunshine, raising our four kids on magical Disney trips and relaxed pool days. Looking back, our favorite vacations were the ones where we didn’t have to sweat the small stuff—where the house just worked, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips.

That first-hand experience is the heartbeat behind my "Heartfelt Home" philosophy:

Function & Organization First: From a meticulously stocked kitchen to bedside charging ports right by your pillow, everything here has a place and a purpose.

No Guesswork: You’ll never have to hunt for a corkscrew, wonder where the extra linens are, or figure out complicated house rules.

More Family Time: My goal is simple—less time "figuring out the house" and more time making memories with your favorite people.

Local Gems We Love ☀️
When we aren’t splashing in the private pool, we love escaping the park crowds:

Pizzano’s Pizza & Grinderz: Our absolute go-to for a cozy night in after a long park day! Order delivery straight to the villa.

Northeast Regional Park: A gorgeous 83-acre lakeside oasis just minutes away on Lake Davenport. It features a shaded, nature-inspired playground for the kids, scenic walking trails, a dog park, and lighted tennis, basketball, and racquetball courts. There’s even a boat launch and fishing dock if you want a quiet morning by the water.

We hope Cozy Palms Villa provides the stress-free backdrop for your next great adventure. Kick off your shoes, jump in the pool, and make yourself at home!

From local shops and hidden-gem dining to beautiful sights, the best of Davenport is right at your fingertips. We hope you find it to be the exact same relaxing escape that we do!
