Perfectly located near Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain hiking trails, Tempe Town Lake, boutique shopping, art galleries, nightlife, and championship golf courses, it's your ideal base for exploring the Sonoran Desert and beyond.

★ Living Room:
The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa and Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. A bonus sunroom extends from the living area, with additional seating, a Smart TV, and access to the backyard and pool.

★ Kitchen & Dining:
The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with stainless steel appliances, coffee machine, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, and tableware. The island seats three, while the dining table comfortably accommodates eight guests—ideal for shared meals or gatherings.

★ Game Room:
Enjoy hours of fun in the game room, complete with a pool table with ping pong tabletop, sectional sofa, 65" Smart TV, and an electric sign perfect for selfies. Direct access to the backyard makes it easy to flow between indoor and outdoor entertainment.

★ Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
✔Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom with dual sinks and shower
✔Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King bed, dedicated workspace, en suite bathroom with shower
✔Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): King bed, access to shared full bathroom
✔Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Two Queen beds, lighted vanity in closet, Smart TV, access to shared bathroom
✔Additional half bathroom is located on the main level for convenience.

★ Outdoor Living:
Step into the newly renovated backyard oasis with a private heated pool (heated for a fee), oversized lounging step, multiple outdoor seating areas, gas fire table, and dining table. Plenty of lounge chairs allow guests to soak up the Arizona sun or relax with a book in style.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1–September 30. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures, pool temperatures may not reach desired levels.

Great decorations, tons of space, bathrooms, pool, games. Open kitchen, great laundry room, everything was stocked. We had a great time.

Great location

Beautiful home , comfortable , clean and centralized location everything was 10-15 mins away. We did not use the pool as we were busy with outside events everyday but the amenities and rooms were very comfortable.

Perfect family retreat

One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at! So many thoughtful touches - even a Christmas tree for our holiday reunion with our adult kids. Lots of room for everyone, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and a great location. We'll be back!

Fantastic house for a group.

Very easy to communicate with. The house was so cute and perfect for my girls group. The location was just a quick Uber to old town. The pool and recreation rooms are a great bonus! Would stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group. The location couldn’t have been any better, the amenities were amazing, and Chris was an excellent communicator throughout. The whole group was raving about the house from the moment we got there, and it was a flawless experience.

Clean and comfortable

This home offers so much. Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. There was so much to do and so many comfortable areas to spend time including an awesome outdoor area with pool and a great game room. Location is great near many attractions and good restaraunts. We will definitely choose this home again next time we are in Scottsdale.

Girls Getaway

We had a fabulous time at this property! Everything in the house was well stocked and thought out. Chris was courteous and very quick to respond. There was so much space in the common areas, the furniture/beds were comfortable, and the game room and pool did not disappoint! We would definitely stay here again! Whether you're staying with family/kids, or with friends, you won't regret it.

Fantastic property!

My family of six recently stayed in this newly renovated property over the holiday vacation. We could not be more pleased with the beautiful decor, the fun atmosphere replete with a game room with pool/ping-pong table, a free-standing video arcade, board games, flat screen TVs throughout. Additional details included a fully-supplied kitchen, self-defogging mirrors in all bathrooms. The home was immaculate and in a great location, close to all activities. We look forward to staying again the future!

Great place!

The house is awesome! We had 2 families of 4 and had plenty of room. The pool was awesome and the game room was great. Large tv’s all over the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was great to work with and responded to all inquiries/ needs very quickly. We are Rockies fans and it’s almost walking distance to the salt river field. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay again.

Girls weekend success! Perfect location, space, and host!

We had such a great time here in Scottsdale! The pool was set up with all the amenities. The rooms were spacious and beds were incredibly comfortable. We all felt right at home. Great location to restaurants and bars, Camelback, and other attractions. Girls weekend was a success! The best part was communication with Chris. We really appreciated him being so responsive and helpful during our stay. Can’t say enough about our stay! When we come back again, I will look for this property first!

Great Experience!

Overall, this was a great house! We had minor issues, but the owner/manager was very responsive. The game room was a big hit with everyone, as was the pool area. My only suggestion/complaint is that the 2-bedroom room upstairs is next to a closet with no door. The closet leads to an attic which made that bedroom very warm and difficult to cool. All other areas of the house were very comfortable, so perhaps consider adding a door to that bedroom closet to make it easier to cool that room down.
