Welcome to Cozy Vintage – a lovingly restored two-story gem where classic character meets modern comfort.
Our one-bedroom apartment includes a equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, and a private bathroom, giving you all the essentials of home in a peaceful retreat. We have a beautiful outdoor area with chairs to relax and a BBQ grill available for guest use. Please note that the outdoor space is shared with the other four apartments on the property.
Designed for relaxing, meditating, and recharging, our apartments blend the charm of vintage style with the ease of modern amenities.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet only minutes from restaurants, shops, hospitals, and universities, Cozy Vintage offers the perfect balance of serenity and convenience — whether for a short getaway or an extended stay.

Loved our stay! It was the perfect size for our family of three. The couch that turned into a bed was surprisingly comfortable. Such a cute place that had everything we needed for our weekend. Will definitely stay again when we are in Winter Haven.

Tatiana is an extraordinary host. This was a 5 star experience from the booking to check out processes. Unit D is definitely comfy and cozy with a super peaceful and joyful vibe. The unit is extremely clean and its very evident much thought was put into the design, decor, and amenities, all contributing to a wonderful experience. Thank you Tatiana!
