Great location in Sagatuck

We loved this apartment! It is located in a perfect spot for exploring Sagatuck. The apartment itself is charming, comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely go there again!!

Family Trip to Saugatuk

Great location with the ability to walk around downtown! The rooftop patio was perfect for our family get away - our little goes to bed early and my wife and I were still able to enjoy the sunset over the river while listening to the sounds of downtown. Bonus we were able to get to-go drinks from New Holland spirits right below the condo. Parking was street parking which can be limited but was manageable. Great spot, would stay again.

Perfect location

This beautiful condo with spacious patio was the perfect location for our annual girls trip. We enjoyed being able to walk out the door to shopping and restaurants.

You can’t beat the location!!! Close to everything and the water!! Place was clean and very nicely decorated. Great communication with the rental company too!! Highly recommend this place!!

Great view and nice layout

This spot was perfect for me, my partner, our teenage daughter and her friend. The apartment had more than enough room for all of us and a great view of the harbor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Location

The condo is clean and perfectly located for visiting beautiful Saugatuck. It is central to everything and two of the town's best restaurants are directly across the street. The deck, which overlooks the river and marina, is just icing on the cake.

We had a great time!

Beautiful condo in a great downtown location. Easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. Condo was clean and well stocked. Loved the patio! We had no problem finding street parking. It was an excellent condo, highly recommend and would stay again!

Short Stay in Saugatuck over Halloween Weekend

My husband and I met our son and his wife for a weekend in Saugatuck. I loved the property! It was in great shape (clean, updated and everything else you would look for in a rental property), and it was centrally located in downtown Saugatuck. It was fun being in Saugatuck over the weekend leading up to Halloween and the location of the condo was perfect to take advantage of the festivities. Slight downside was that the condo was over a bar, so it got a bit noisy on Saturday night but it quieted down at 10pm which was perfect timing. Would definitely go again!

I first would like to say thanks for the use of your rental it was all great except it could have been a little cleaner . Being a past owner of rental cleaning properties , I noticed things that I would have never let get missed . Dust under beds and dusty floors , pictures, shelves , knickknacks not dusted and cabinets doors not wiped down or smudged stainless . Thanks,

Girl weekend away

It is very conviently located, difficult to find however! no parking per se, if you find a street to park on to unload you are very lucky, it is extremely busy in this area !!it is 28 steps up to your condo, and it is fairly steep. FYI, the kitchen is equipped but very unorganized .... most importantly though is the air and heat component, we went in June, chilly nights and mornings, but Hot days ! for whatever reason this appt is very hot at night! we turned on air to no avail, we opened windows etc. All in all, would I stay there again, yes but Id do a little more sluething, before I did that. Plus we had a great time !!

Great place

A very good place to stay in Saugatuck. Walk out onto the center of downtown. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Walk to lake and docks. The place is comfortable, roomy, and the porch is huge.

Excellent place to stay in Saugatuck- close to everything, very comfortable.

I stayed 2 nights with my 2 aunts who are older- place was very comfortable and convenient. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fireplace and used the after hours contact number to ask and they were quite prompt in responding (btw it turns on using a light switch on the wall left of the fireplace wall). Would definitely stay here again. FYI there is quite a long staircase to get to the apartment so if you have people in your party that have mobility issues this is something to consider. It was slightly challenging for my 80 year old aunt. Otherwise a great experience and stay:)

Best place ever!

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this home rates highly on our list. The location could not be better! We walked to all the shops and restaurants. The juice bar downstairs is excellent and very convenient. The feeling when you walk in the door is of a welcoming home, yet sophisticated. The bed was supper comfortable, great sheets. One thing I would add is a blackout curtain in the bedroom so it is not so bright in the mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and of course the rooftop terrace is such a great space with amazing views! We highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great experience in an amazing town.

Don't pass this condo up!

This condo is steps away from great shopping, across the street from the one of the best steakhouses I've been to (Bowdie's Chophouse - make reservations!) and the condo is better than the pictures! The place is spacious and very welcoming. The patio is SO big and right out the dining room. The condo is also well appointed with lots of bath towels, both a keurig and coffee pot, games, and books. It's also a 15 minute drive from wineries. The parking is on the street however we did not run into any issues, its a very safe location. My only feedback to the owners would be to provide a few extra toilet paper rolls :) Also, a handful of reviews mention that you have to walk by garbage cans to get into the main door, which is true however, it is not a big deal at all and it should not stop you from booking this lovely condo. We can't wait to come back!
