気になった点 : 清潔度、チェック イン、掲載情報の正確さ
Not a private campsite- the parking lot, toilet, water and firepit are communal with another cabin and parking spots are not clear- looks like they decided to add a cabin and put the fire pit in the other parking spot. Look out if each of the bookings show up with 2 cars. That was not clear when we booked. It didn't end up mattering because we had to sleep in the truck anyway.
This property has a bear and their welcome book states that but their trash receptacle is not bear resistant and there is no place to go in the event of a bear except your vehicle if you can get to it. This is what happened to us.
We were there during a heat wave and you might want to expect that the property could open tent windows and tie them up to air it out before you arrive in 95 degree weather. No such luck! You will need to go around the tent and try to reach to tie up the window coverings 8ft up while standing on steep slope next to tent platform.
Try not to get stung by the paper wasps under the window covers at this tent. Clearly no one checks on this property and it's not booked much- or maybe they like wasps.
Coulda been so cool! We love RRG and will be back but not here. If you want to have a non-private area in the woods you might stay at a campground with a shower and toilet. It was nice not having to set up a tent so we might try another glamping site again but next time we'll verify that it's private; need outdoor shower and don't forget gun at home. Refund please.
