Easy check in -check out process. No washer and dryer in this unit which we weren’t used to but we made it work. We’ve been coming to Destin West for years and this year was great once again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review! We’re glad you had another great stay at Destin West and that you found the check-in and check-out process easy and convenient. We understand that not having a washer and dryer in the unit was different from what you’re accustomed to, but we’re happy you were able to make it work. The listing does not advertise a washer and dryer in this condo, but we appreciate you mentioning it for future guests. Thank you for continuing to choose Destin West, and we hope to see you again next year! 🌴

Overall a great stay for two people. It had a great room-darkening shade, and exactly the amenities we needed. We loved the lazy river and quick access to beach, parking garage and pools. Here are some minor improvements I might suggest:- install more hooks- put in a shower caddy to hold shampoo- clean the floor deeply (it was sandy and turned our feet black)

Nice quaint studio condo. Just right for 2 people. Since the kitchen stove only had the 2 burners it would have been nicehaving a toaster oven or airfryer. We had a couple of small maintenance issues, bu George was on it. Beverly was very nice working with. Thank you, Kathy

This condo was a disappointment. The views mentioned in the description were minuscule compared to what was described. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, tv volume didn’t work in the bedroom, the sliding glass door to the balcony wouldn’t close all the way, there was a broken chair sitting on the balcony, and when looking for a broom we discovered it hidden in a little closet, in that closet the air filter was black. We called the number they provided multiple times with no return call. The details on where to park to unload your car, the explanation of what is provided was poor. A complete disappointment.
