Fantastic villa in a beautiful area
This villa is wonderful, spacious and modern. Set in a quiet part of the island with easy access to other places (via taxi or car) and only a fifteen minute walk to the sandy Talamanca beach. On an evening, sitting on the terrace with a drink and some music, it is so peaceful looking down the hill at the nice view.
My experience of the people on the island was that they are very relaxed and the whole vibe was so chilled. We were clubbing a lot so we used the villa as a base to go around the island. We probably spent too much on taxi's, as there is a bus stop only five minutes away and they are very cheap in comparison.
The management team that I dealt with, such as Alex, was very helpful and always happy. We had a slight misunderstanding with an early check-in time but I managed to get in touch with Alex and he came straight out. Very pleasant dealings with all involved.
My only slight grievance was with the construction work going on all sides of the villa between 8 and 5.30 every week day and between 8 and 12 on Saturday. I found it hard to sleep during these times (when we getting in after 6) and relax by the pool (when we were getting up at a normal time) as the noise was very loud. I know this was not in the control of the management team but for the money we paid it was a bit upsetting. If you plan on being out all day and only at the villa in the evening then it would not be a problem, because it is so peaceful after 5.30. But if you intend on staying here I would ask in advance what works are going on as severely restricts your quiet time by the pool and on the terraces in the day.
But apart from that, the villa and the management team did not disappoint. I loved the experience. Thank you all. I hope to return to Ibiza some time in the near future.
