Newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Laguna Beach for up to 5 guests located 1 miles from the beach and local shops. Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze from the kitchen with sliding glass patio doors, or venture onto the patio for the ocean and canyon views. Play ping pong in the garage, dine at the outdoor dining area and grill on the BBQ, relax in the hot tub, or unwind by the firepit while you take in the view of the ocean.



The Space:

King bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, 1 twin bed in the 3rd bedroom. Newly renovated, with amenities such as a Tesla EV charger, Fire pit, Hot tub, Outdoor dining area, Outdoor furniture, BBQ, Ping pong table, a beautiful kitchen, a cozy living room, and located just 1 mile from the ocean! The perfect place to stay for a month.



Guest Access:

Guests will get a code sent to them on the morning of check-in that can be used for entering and exiting the home as they please.



Other Things to Note:

This is a pet friendly house. We have our cleaners deep clean after every stay, but please be aware, if you are allergic to dogs, this may not be a safe place for you to stay. We cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that there will not be a few dog hairs in the house, stuck in the AC vent, etc.



Trash day is Tuesday.

Landscaper comes on Wednesdays.

Hot Tub cleaner comes on Fridays.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available via the Airbnb app, but we may not answer after 8:00 PM unless it is an emergency.
