This property is a triplex with two long term tenants in the first floor units. The unit listed is a beautiful renovated 2 BR 2 BA unit that is on the 2nd floor (stair access), and includes a large loft space on the 3rd floor. There is a spiral stairway that connects to the loft. The listing includes 1 off street assigned parking for the STR guests and there is plenty of free street parking available.
The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom and there is 1 common full bathroom. It is a spacious unit with 2 king beds, 2 twin beds a sectional couch and a pullout couch as sleeping spaces. While the unit can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, there is a maximum limit of 6 adults for this listing. We also have two travel cribs available. All floors are hardwood, except the loft that is carpeted.
The beautiful kitchen with large island has been thoughtfully stocked for your comfort and convenience. There is plenty of room to gather in the kitchen, dining room, sun room and living room. There are books available to introduce you to Atlanta/Georgia for the ones new to our state. There are board games available to keep all ages busy. There is a TV in the loft with access to Hulu and Disney plus. The work desk in the loft is a peaceful well lit space. The entire unit has been designed to make your stay peaceful, pleasant and fun.
This home was built in 1920 and is charming with a lot of character including some creaky floors. We have thoughtfully placed rugs to minimize the noise. Our home undergoes regular professional cleaning and pest control; however, Atlanta's warm climate means you may occasionally see a cockroach, ant, or other small bug inside or around the property. This is a normal part of living in the South and not a reflection of cleanliness. If you notice an unusual issue such as multiple bugs in the property, please let me know so that I can promptly address it.
This is a new listing and all the amenities such as bedding, linen, kitchenware, etc are all brand new. We are open to feedback about the space and supplies to make it even better for your next stay with us.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor unit (including 3rd floor loft) and back deck as private spaces. Front yard, back yard and driveway are shared spaces with the long term tenants.
