A wonderful location, just a few blocks from Sunnyside Station, a supermarket, restaurants, and Prince’s Island Park. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful, offering great advice on places to visit and things to do in the area.We especially enjoyed sitting out on the porch and taking in the beautiful garden. As neighbors walked by, they often stopped to tell us how lovely the flowers were—a wonderful reflection of the welcoming atmosphere of the neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay!

One of my favorite VRBO stays! The location can't be beat. You can get on the bike trails in minutes from the house, and there are wonderful restaurants/shopping nearby. We will be back!

Very quiet place to be. We needed quiet after a full day at BMO center.Beds are comfortable. Even though it was hot in Calgary the a/c worked well to keep the house cool. When we arrived home we were amazed at how noisy it was at our home in Medicine Hat compared to where we stayed in Calgary.Overall an anjoyable stay. I would recommend to anyone.Thanks Cathy

Our stay at the Urban Cottage was simply outstanding. The home is inviting, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. The property and yard are very attractive and in fact, was awarded a prize for the best Christmas decorations in the entire neighbourhood. The central location was walking distance to parks, playgrounds, restaurants and shopping. Our hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We look forward to staying at the Cottage again.

This house is so cute and nicely decorated. It really is stocked to have everything you'd need. The location is great and I would stay here again if I return to Calgary.

Great location and very pretty cottage

Great location for us to meet up with family and friends living in SW and NW. Good place for our older Dog who needs a little more TLC than a kennel can give. Cottage is beautiful and we were happy to stay there!

Perfect accommodation in quiet neighbourhood where we have family.

Clean, quiet and cozy with all the amenities we needed. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and variety of shopping, as well as C train. We will definitely book at the cottage again.

Cozy Home in an Excellent Location

Comfortable, clean and cozy. Felt right at home when we arrived, and the location is safe, quiet, and central to some great spots to visit when staying in Calgary. Will book again the next time I travel to town.

Perfect Sunnyside Cottage

This cottage was absolutely perfect. So well appointed inside and the front porch and garden were wonderful to sit, relax and meet all the neighbourhood dogs. The location was ideal as so much was in walking distance and the neighbourhood is lovely. Great hists aswell.

We waited 20 years to purchase this home and turn it into the charming rental cottage we knew it could be. The transformation of this home has been very rewarding and we look forward to sharing this lovely home and our neighborhood with people from all over the world. We love to travel as well and have tried to make this a place what we would love to rent when visiting another city. We hope you love it as much as we do.

This property is on the same block as our home and needed some loving. We have lived here for 25 years and think this is the best neighborhood in Calgary. This property has been fully upgraded and without losing its old charm .
