Excellent!

itrip Myrtle Beach South Staff was great! Check-In was smooth and quick. Condo was clean and fresh, and very relaxing. Mandy was very helpful gave us great directions and ideas on things to see and do. I already booked our next trip because Mandy earned our trust.

The view was outstanding ! The condo was very clean . The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked . The only downside is that it could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall all enjoyed our stay

Stay at Royal Garden

It wasn't as clean as I thought it should've been. TV programming wasn't good. Good location. Killed some roaches.

Hey Linda - thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We apologize that the cleaning was not up to your standards and would have been more than happy to send someone back out if we had known during your stay. As far as the TV programming is concerned, all cable and Wi-Fi is provided by the building's HOA and they are in charge of what channels are made available. The HOA is also who is in charge of pest control and we would have been more than happy to contact them during your stay, again, if we had known:( Always let us know ASAP if there's a problem and if it's something within our control we'll handle it lickety split - and if not, we will start the process to get it fixed ASAP!

Royal Garden Resort

Beautiful location and view. Apartment was nice but sofa and beds not very comfortable. The Salty Pickle was delicious and handy. Had refrigerator trouble but Ray was a gem. He brought cooler & ice until new frig was delivered on Tues. The pool chairs were nice.

We had a great time. Condo was very nice but the cleaning staff left a broken glass on the counter that we found on arrival and the parking was not ideal. Had to park on the street because truck would not fit in parking garage and golf carts were a huge issue with street parking. But the condo, the view, the pool deck, and beach were great! Also liked the salty pickle for snacks and drinks poolside.

Hey Mandi, Our sincerest apologies for the broken glass! :-( We feel it must have been placed there by our Housekeeping team to carefully remove when leaving, then they simply forgot to grab it...sorry! Re: parking, as the property description states: "PLEASE BE ADVISED: This complex has covered parking with a limited number of oversized parking spaces - an oversized spot will NOT be guaranteed as they are first come first serve!". During the crazy summer months parking is a hot commodity, but fortunately this unit comes with two parking passes! You are guaranteed two spots but NOT guaranteed oversized spots.
