Reviewer Comments: The house has zero curb appeal -- it appears the builders went out of their way to create a house with no curb appeal -- BUT -- don’t judge a book by its cover. The interior is very well designed and thoughtfully built. The house was very well provisioned - pots, pans, silverware -etc. We arrived to a very clean house and everything in the house was in good working order. We would certainly consider renting this house again next year.

Great Property but A/C Didn't Work and Couldn't Get Help

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we liked this house - clean, well maintained and great location. However, one of the reasons we chose this property was for the central air and we arrived to find this broken and when we called to report this and ask for a solution (as it was extremely hot and uncomfortable) we got a pretty unhelpful response. Finally we had to ask that they provide some fans which were still not sufficient. THey didn't offer to bring a mobile a/c unit. They didn't even offer to bring fans - we had to ask and then they dropped off the minimum number. So altogether this is a great place but the company that managed the rental was not at all responsive to the very significant issues that arose with the a/c not working and this really negatively impacted our stay.

Such a treat from the usual hodge podge of outdated hand me downs in most rentals. Location was great for the beach, beachcomber and town while still being very quiet. Love the back deck and backyard for a respite from the beach.
