French doors open to a very private, tranquil backyard surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, creating your own peaceful retreat.

Enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces, including an oversized pool that can be heated for year-round enjoyment, a shaded lounge, a dining terrace perfect for alfresco meals, and a pergola draped in native flowers by the water. Wander through the serene gardens and unwind in total privacy.

The spacious primary suite offers spa-like comfort with a double-sink bath. Located in a safe, beautiful Wilton Manors neighborhood, you’re just minutes from Fort Lauderdale’s beaches, upscale dining, shopping, and vibrant nightlife.

Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. We had a great time in this beautiful home. We spent the majority of our time outside in the lush tropical yard, enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. Thank you to Nicholette and her team for the rapid and thorough responses to the questions and minor issue we had. Would highly recommend this property.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. If pets are found on the property, the deposit will be forfeited, and fines will be imposed.
No Smoking Inside Please.

Garbage cans need to go out for pickup in the morning on designated days.
Monday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT ON SUNDAY EVENING.
Thursday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out on Wednesday Evening and bring it back in after collection.
