Thank you for staying in our home in Flagstaff this summer. We are so sorry that you had some issues with the afternoon sun. There is a full roll down sun shade to cover the deck windows in the afternoon, sorry if we neglected to show you that. There is a portable fan in the bedroom closet and in the sleeping loft. We wish you would have told us that you needed one as we could have told you where it was. Thank you for reviewing your stay in our property for the month of June. We will definately purchase a coffee grinder and check our selection of kitchen knives. When we purchased our property we deliberately chose a property with an East/West view as those units overlook the mountains and golf course. Several of the other units face the parking lot and we wanted a great view from the balcony. We have a pull down shade and a large umbrella which definately help with afternoon sunsets. Our listing states that we have no Air conditioning. There are 150 units and only 5 have added AC. The average temperature in Flagstaff is 77 in June and most summers are very mild and extremely pleasant. Regarding the internet, our listing is also very clear as we state"internet is nearby". It is 1/3 mile to the Bear Paw activity center and an easy walk out the front door and up the driveway. The internet is readily available there. I believe we discussed this prior to your arrival. The majority of our renters use the hot spot on their phone if they feel they need internet at the property. We do provide 2-32" flat screen televisions and not 27". They are both less than 2 years old and all related paperwork is in the closet at the condo. We also provide several DVD's. You can also rent a huge selection from Bear Paw activity center for $1 or $2 per day. Since our home was not leased 2 weeks prior to your arrival date we offered you the option of moving in 10 days early at no charge to you. We also gave you our key code so that you could access the property on your own before you choose to lease it and thoroughly inspect it. We feel that this allowed you to get a good feel for it as well as observe things like the television sets. We seriously strive to make everyones stay a very pleasant one. We are very sorry that the end of June was unseasonably warm this year but unfortunately we feel we had no control over it. We feel that our listing is 100% accurate. We hope you will consider staying with us again at some point in the future and we will try to do a special pricing for you. Thank you!
