Pools are heated October - April at no additional costs. Full disclosure if temperate drop below 60 heaters do not work at full capacity fighting the ambient temp. Below 60 the heaters do not come on until temperatures rise
Please note a starter set of supplies are left for your arrival. Anything beyond what is left renters are responsible for providing. Starter set includes. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small hand soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, small dish soap and 2 pods for dishwasher.

The place was clean and not too far from a nice beach. The host was nice.The only issue was the cookware was not good quality the food stuck to the pans.The beach chairs were low to the ground and we had a hard time using them. We had to buy our own to sit on the beach, no wagon was supplied.The guest beds are not for adults. The master bed was very comfortable .The couches were very comfortable and there was a tv in every room. Cable and internet was good.The handrails for the stairs to the second floor apartment we stayed in had chipped paint and were rough. There was not much of a view from the deck upstairs.
