I loveeee this rental!!! This my second time booking and I noticed they have redid the deck and dock!! It’s nice how they keep the property updated! Once again we caught alotttt of fish on the dock! The house is beautiful!!! Will continue to book this unit!!

Nice house on the marsh! Sunsets were beautiful and watching the marsh environment was so great! Amenities of the home were great - with the exception of sheets that didn't fit master bed great. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked. Location was good. Our biggest issue was temperature control in the house. To make the master bedroom upstairs cool when had to use two fans and keep the downstairs at a frigid temperature. Overall, nice stay for family of 7.

The perfect spring break

Time of the Storm

Traveling on a Girl's Trip after Tropical Storm Helene was a real challenge. Property management went above and beyond exceeding expectations. Due to the storm we would have lost monies however, we were accommodated. Thank you to Kate our contact and Candy for your great customer service. The home was clean, beautiful and all that we expected. We will recommend your services to others.

Nice property

The location of the property was beautiful and the house was clean and everything was new. However, there is a fundamental flaw in the master bedroom/bathroom area. The bathroom wall does not meet the ceiling, by design. You can see for yourself in the posted property pics. You can be in the bedroom and hear every single thing happening in the bathroom. There is no privacy. For this reason, I would not stay again at this property.

Phenomenal experience

We loved our stay here. The location was so convenient and so scenic. The house was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and very well stocked with necessities. We would absolutely stay there again. Only downside as visitors who came down via air travel is that we weren’t able to bring beach towels and beach chairs and the house did not have any. Aside from that, it worked out perfectly a fabulous time was had by all.

Just excellent

The rental was exactly as described and as clean as can be. Check in process was easy and seamless. Couldn't have been any better. The property is located in an amazing part of tybee facing the marsh with a small dock at the bottom of the property. I would definitely recommend this location.

Idyllic View

We stayed at this home for 5 days with my parents and children. All 3 generations enjoyed the location, views and amenities. Of particular note, were the short walk to beautiful Tybee Beach, and the multiple places at this property to enjoy watching the HorsePen Creek tide rise and fall. There were birds, fish and flowers to enjoy from the patio, 2 decks and the dock. I’d recommend renting a kayak, as this was a great spot to launch from! The minor things that we had questions about were responded to promptly. Great stay over all!!

Wonderful weekend away!

We loved our stay at Marsh 3!! The property was so spacious & clean! We were only there for a weekend, but could easily make this a week long trip with such amenities! Our boys, ages 9 & 11, enjoyed fishing off the dock! And the night time views were beautiful!

Fishers dream

It was even better in person!!! The view was awesome!!! But guess what?? We caught almost 100 fish on the dock!!!! We caught soooo many fish was having sooo much fun no one wanted to go to the beach! It was perfect ! Whiting, croaker, spots, red fish, sheep head, sting rays, oysters, stone crab… the marsh is loadeddddddd with fish!

Just so scenic & beautiful !! We saw the salt creek rise and fall with the tide, saw l jelly fish, cranes, other birds, raccoons, even three dolphins that came in during a storm !!! The back deck overlooking the salt marshes was r favorite place !

Lovely location

The property was wonderful and this is a great location if you enjoy creekside. Easy access to the beach. TVs could be updated as they were a little slow. The only thing we didn’t like was the propert managers requirement that we email / text our drivers license in advance. This isn’t a VRBO requirement and we’ve been the victim of identity fraud in the past - this isn’t a secure method of personal information transfer.
