Welcome to Palms at Wailea 2206 | Your Perfect Hawaiian Escape

Step inside and be instantly captivated by breathtaking views that draw you out to the spacious private lanai. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee in the soft Maui breeze or dining alfresco as the sun sets, this outdoor oasis, complete with seating for six and comfortable loungers; is the perfect place to unwind.

Inside, the open-concept living space is both inviting and functional. After a day of adventure, kick back on the large sectional sofa (which doubles as a sleeper), or relax in one of the cozy recliners while watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything an inspired home chef needs, and the indoor dining area seats four, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar; ideal for casual meals or quick snacks before heading out to explore.

The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, and is conveniently located next to a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary suite is your private retreat, complete with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, split AC, and a spacious en-suite bathroom for added comfort.

From stunning views to thoughtfully designed interiors, Palms at Wailea 2206 is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and tropical charm; making it your ideal home away from home in Maui.

The condo has been recently renovated and is in pristine condition. The owners thoughtfully considered every detail and the result is elegance and comfort. The ocean facing lania was the highlight- we witnessed gorgeous Hawaiian sunsets from the comfort of home!

Beautiful Wailea condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great, comfortable stay and honestly could not have asked for more as a family of six. The unit had everything we needed and the space worked really well for our family. One of the absolute highlights was being able to see whales right from the deck which felt so special and unforgettable.The only thing to note is that the unit’s location within the complex made getting to the pool and beach a bit of a trek with small children, though that was on me for not checking that in advance. It did not take away from how much we enjoyed the stay.Victoria and her team were wonderful to deal with, super welcoming and responsive, and the unit itself was exactly as described. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

The unit was terrific. Perfect location and amenities for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed for breakfasts and dinners in. I was really impressed by the responsiveness of the management company. We had a leak in the hallway bathroom and they were able to send someone over within 15 minutes! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy Maui.

Comfortable home base for exploring Wailea/ Kīhei. Large very private patio with ocean views. Well equipped kitchen. Beach chairs and toys came in handy. Beds were very comfortable. Great communication with the management. Short walk to beach, nice pool but very cold. Had an enjoyable 5 night stay. Would recommend.
