Outdoor highlights: private dock, fire pit, covered deck, and direct lake access. Designated on-property parking is available for boat trailers and similar equipment during applicable seasons. In winter, guests have access to a shared snowmobile access point on/off the lake to connect with DNR-staked snowmobile trails that run across the lake. Snowmobilers must stay on marked trails or vehicle roads while on 5RK Ranch Lakeside property (the property itself is not part of the trail system).
Basic water toys (kayaks + paddles) included. The home sits at a comfortable elevation with easy shoreline access.

The Space:
Lakeside #1 is a 4-bedroom + closed loft / 3-bath / approximately 3,250 sq ft multi-level lake house. It is designed to accommodate 12 guests (including 12 adults). With children or young people (0–17) using sleeping bags or air mattresses, the home can accommodate up to 14 (extra-guest fee applies; host approval required).
Bed configuration:
*Main level: 1 King master bedroom suite + 1 Queen bedroom
*Finished lower level: 2 Queen bedrooms
*Closed second-floor sleeping loft: 4 built-in twin beds
Important note on twin beds: The twin beds in the loft are intended for single persons or young adults weighing no more than 150 lbs and no taller than 5'11". They are not practical or comfortable for couples or for larger adults.
Main-level living includes a great room with fireplace and seating, full kitchen with dining for 10+, coffee station/wet bar, and convenient bedroom/bathroom access. Laundry on the main level.
Lower level features an entertainment/game area with kitchenette, large smart TV, and additional gathering space.
High-speed internet and workspaces throughout.
Fireplace note: The gas fireplace is fully functional for guest use and is remote-controlled.

Upon booking your stay at the 5RK Ranch Lakeside, the primary point of contact (Booking Guest) of a Guest group will be sent pre-arrival communications thru the channel used to originally book the reservation
Pre-arrival communications will include a cloud-based link to access the 5RK Ranch Lakeside GUESTAPP that is a repository of important information, guidance, and recommendations including the specific rental agreement, house rules / guidelines, and other valuable information with the intention of providing Guests and amazing 5RK Ranch Lakeside experience!!!

For those guests with a need to accommodate ages 0-4, all properties have a bath tub as well as basic pack and play to help support Guest needs.
For those guests needing a little extra help with regards to traditional bathroom amenities, each 5RK Ranch Lakeside private lake house provides for step-stool for younger guests needing a boost to wash their hands in the bathroom sink, portable shower seat for those needing in the shower, and an elevated toilet booster seat for those needing a higher seating position with support rails.
5RK Ranch Lakeside provides each Guest lake house with 2 kayaks and 2 paddles as well as a sturdy free-standing rack for storage of these items and can be used by Guests that may bring their own.
For those Guests bringing their own boat, our private boat docks provide plenty of secure, boat docking space.
5RK Ranch Lakeside Guests wanting to rent a pontoon boat or other for their stay - we have procured a concierge-level partnership with a local Hayward WI boat rental company that will delivery + pick-up Guest rental boats directly to/from the Round Lake Marina!! (Guests contract directly with the boat rental company for their boat rental / not thru 5RK Ranch Lakeside).
