Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited on this property. This includes all animals, except for legally defined service animals as permitted under applicable law. Emotional support animals (ESAs) and therapy animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted.

Any unauthorized animal brought onto the property will result in additional cleaning and/or damage fees and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.

The picket fence property was our perfect home away from home, as we visited family in the area -- had everything we needed for a very and homey stay.Allison was well organized and responsive as we planned our visit. Hope the property is available next time we come to visit!

We purchased this property in 2024 and immediately fell in love with it's curb appeal and size- it's a small, cozy home with every detail making the home warm and welcoming. It is ideal for transitional housing for traveling professionals.
