Very nice apartment , quite roomy, much better than your average VRBO 2 bedroom, in a great, vibrant, safe neighborhood with lots of nearby good restaurants and an excellent grocery store. Host was very responsive and respectful. Well stocked, nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Comfortable. Very good price for location and roominess. Highly recommend. Only small issue is that there is a 2-minute walk from elevator to unit (on a level, clean, pleasant hallway).

Unfortunately, we did not have an opportunity to stay at this property. It was canceled within 24 hours of checking in through the app. Not a phone call from the host or the site, very disappointed and won’t be using it again.

Carl is an excellent host and is easy to communicate with. The condo is even better than the pictures. It is in the middle of downtown crown. The condo is well stocked, the two beds are very comfortable, and the washer and dryer were ideal for our 30 day stay. Walkability is ideal as it is near so many great restaurants, a wine and beer store/bar, a grocery store, and the Rio center is easily walkable or 1 minute drive to provide even more gteat choices.

This apartment pairs an upscale, clean design with a warm homey feel. This unit offers two spacious bedrooms, a large open-concept living/dining space, new kitchen, updated bathrooms, a laundry room in the unit, and access to all apartment building amenities (pool, gym, recreation area, etc). Covered parking is readily available and free for our guests. The apartment is also walking distance to tons of shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, coffee, grocery stores, and more.
