This remodeled, furnished home is available for July and early August. Located one block from Ferry Landing, its location is ideal for the fireworks almost every night in summer, but especially on the on the 4th of July. Situated on a quiet street, it is 1-3 blocks from restaurants, grocery stores, and playgrounds for families with small children. The local FREE summer shuttle is located roughly 300 yards from our front door, and is a great way to get around the island in summer! Our kids love the free shuttle! It travels the length of the island and you can get off and on as many times as you like!

Our front porch is very inviting, and we spend a lot of time out there enjoying life in the village. Our bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, and paddle boards will all be accessible for full use.

As the pictures show, the home has recently been renovated. It has newly finished hardwood floors throughout. The open floor plan creates a welcoming kitchen with large island that flows into the living room. The family room flows onto a back patio.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, one of which, is en suite. Upstairs is the master bedroom and bath, a second bedroom and bath and a loft and balcony with views of downtown.

The back patio is perfect for entertaining. This space includes an outdoor kitchen, built in grill, refrigerator, and bar with seating. A gas fire pit, and the hot water outdoor shower is the perfect way to end a day of beach, or bay time!
