Lovely

Wonderful front porch view (you can even hear a babbling creek). Home was clean and furniture comfortable. The woodwork is beautiful. Please note hot tub has been removed so if you want a hot tub, this isn’t your place. Owner was prompt to respond for check in. Owner meets you to check in. There were very little instructions for check out provided, only to put dishes in dishwasher and take garbage to the dump. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking. You will need to bring salt/pepper etc. Owner provided one roll of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. If you want to wash dishes or clothing, you may need to check in. A great place to stay for comfort and a glorious view!

Perfect home close to Franklin NC

Great communication from Leah prior to arrival and when she met us at the property. House was the cleanest property I've ever stayed in. Everything we needed was provided including plentiful linens, even for the hot tub. Easy and quick trip into Franklin downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect Stay

Leah is a very responsive & caring host. Her cabin is clean, amenities are great (love Keurig coffee maker), porches for sitting and is a very comfortable home. Thank you Leah for providing your beauty place for renting. See you in the fall.

Cute Place to Relax

My husband and I stayed here between Christmas and New Years to take an important break from going to one side of the family to the other. :) The whole place is so cute and cozy. It was easy to relax and feel right at home. Leah and her husband met us there and showed us how to work the essentials. Absolutely stand-up people and easy to ask questions and text with. Very clean and quiet. You feel like it's your own oasis. Also, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and sheets! We took their recommendation of doing the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, and it was awesome! Highly recommend the excursion, especially if you're only here a day. We would definitely stay again!

Leah, the owner/host, is so nice to deal with.

We have stayed at this home 4 times and it gets better every time. Close to town for needed shopping, museums & restaurants. Clean and cozy. Just love going to this cabin.. Gives you that like being home feeling. Thank you Leah. See you in May.

Wonderful getaway

Home was lovely and had all the necessities of home making it a wonderful stay. Very clean and nice comfortable beds. Owner’s were easily accessible to help with any questions we had. I definitely recommend for nice trip to beautiful Franklin, NC.

Lovely place.

The owner was very helpful and helped us book as we are not computer literate. We have this family get together every year and really enjoyed our time here. Everything was perfect and the house had everything we could have possibly needed! We will be back!!

Nice quiet location & home.

Beautiful private location & nice accommodations. Our only dissatisfaction was the living room seating arrangements & furniture was not comfortable & not suited to senior citizens like ourselves who require more sitting than most people. Only 2 options for sitting. 🙁The loveseat was worn out & the straight back wing chair was hard & not comfortable at all. No foot stool or reclining of any sort. Otherwise we’d given only a positive review.

Inflexible and Unreasonable owner

My family tested positive for Covid and we asked for a consideration to use it another date. She used the excuse VRBO wouldn’t let her. Huh!! We had a second house and they allowed us to re-schedule in December. I will NOT use this home/owner again. Too many reasonable people in this strange era we live in. But not her!! Go elsewhere in this health era, it is not worth the risk.

Little Gem in Franklin

Leah, the host/owner, has a lovely quaint home for our mountain time. All amenities you could possibly want. Easy drive time to town and local restaurants and to take rides in scenic mountains. This was our 4th stay there. The host is pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. Will be going back for sure.

Awesome VRBO

Location was great! Everything was as advertised and better. I would add a note about the correct address, but I get lost a lot 🙄! It was very quiet making it an ideal location to getting away and relaxing! My was very, very friendly and easily available for questions. I would definitely stay there again!
