This neighbourhood is a great location as it is very close to famous Atlantic Avenue and a short drive to the ocean as well. The property is in a transitional neighbourhood where new homes are being built, and others are being renovated and upgraded.

Spend the morning relaxing poolside, enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors, and then head to Atlantic Avenue for restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife.
