Please note: The ocean view is only from the balcony. The bedroom windows are small and offer a partial view.

Enjoy direct, easy access to the beach right from the lobby, just a few steps away. The building also offers one complimentary parking spot for your vehicle and there is also elevator available.

Important Note: The pool is currently closed for repairs. The nightly price has been adjusted to reflect this inconvenience.

Important Information:

Guest Capacity: The unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. For groups with small children, we can host up to 10 people.

Power and Generators: The building does not have a backup generator. We cannot be held responsible for power outages in the area, and refunds will not be offered for general power outages.

Accessibility: This unit is not equipped for handicap-accessible guests.

Isla Verde Beach is a vibrant, beachfront community with a large avenue full of hotels, restaurants, and shops. You can walk to almost everything, including pharmacies, supermarkets, and convenience stores.

Getting around is easy! You can use Uber, taxis, or the local trolley and metropolitan bus service.

Security Deposit: A refundable $200 security deposit is required and will be held during your stay. We will send you a secure link to place a hold on this amount, which will be released seven days after your departure, provided there are no damages.
