Nicely updated unit, but uncomfortable bed and VERY noisy bedroom

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes Unit 113 has been nicely updated with a beautiful kitchen and cleanly remodeled bathroom. The beach access is easy and gorgeous. This does not hide the fact that this unit is right in front of the pool on the 1st floor, where guests do NOT follow the operating guidelines (i.e., open the curtains and see people in the early a.m. hours or late after sunset right in front of the window), or the fact that the mattress is so old and the bedroom's construction is so poor that one cannot get a good night sleep. The unit is right outside of the elevator, so traffic and noise is a constant throughout normal sleeping hours of the night, and there is not much insulation between bed and outside noise.

Had a great time. Unit was nice and clean. Unit lacked a few cooking utensils but, nothing we couldn't work around. I would stay again.

Great place!

Very nice place. Older, but kept clean and updated. Very little noise from neighbors. Did not use pools, but did walk to the beach. No complaints!

Negatives are: bed is very uncomfortable, sink disposal didn't work, TVs not user friendly (had to use 2 remotes to watch programs), bedroom A/C unit not reliable, needs one more comfortable chair in living room, lots of dirty under bed and couch.

The bedding could be newer, sheets mattress cover was ripping off the mattress so the sheets would not stay on bed. Blankets in closet needed washed or replaced.
