Great location!

My wife and I along with our daughter and son-in-law spend a very enjoyable 7 night stay. The pictures and description accurately describe the condo and its features. The location is very nice (we had a rental car but walking is possible); we enjoyed being up on a hill that removed us from the noise of the city and provided an amazing view. The balcony is fantastic and we used the BBQ a number of evenings! The beds are comfortable- the pillows rather thick though so you might want to bring your own one- if you can. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The appliances are excellent and the kitchen well equipped with good quality dishes, etc. Communication was quick and easy. Several people mention construction noise- we did not find this an issue other than the 7:30 arrival of workers- there is a caravan of vehicles which pass the building- but nothing disturbing! The one downside is that the back bedroom is very close to a road- we always use a white noise device so late night/early morning cars passing did not disturb us- you may want to consider this if you are a light sleeper. We would recommend this location!

Great Vacation

Overall, great location & views. Enjoyed staying there. Rodrigo was exceptional….pleasant & easy to work with. Would recommend this condo. The only negative for me would be to have a TV in the bedroom. I enjoy late night movies.

Great property

We enjoyed out stay. Location is great, close to everything. Beautiful view from the patio. I would give five stars but unfortunately there's a lot of construction going on around the building. Sometimes gets very loud. Most days we stayed on the patio only in the morning and spent the rest of the day exploring Cabo. It gets quieter after 5 pm and we spent some evening on the patio enjoying a drink and a view. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your time in Cabo. Fishing was great too.

Beautiful property. Easy walk to town, suggest Uber on way home. Slow to respond to a no hot water complaint. Came back from a beach day to a flooded bedroom. These things happen. Otherwise I would 100% come back. Thank You

Good view, comfortable and good location

My daughter and I spent five nights in this condo and really enjoyed it. The location is nice as you can walk down to the marina within 15 minutes, yet be able to leave that chaos at the end of the day. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were comfortable, and the pools were very enjoyable . We felt like they were our private pools as we rarely saw people there. They do warn you about the construction noise, and it is a factor. On weekdays, you can hear the trucks coming up the road starting around 7:15 am. I think any condo in this area will be affected by the construction noise. The good news is that we were out most of each day, so the only time it really impacted us was in the mornings. Kristen was a great communicator, and booked us into the ATV tour and a snorkelling cruise. In general, the prices for those adventures were very reasonable. If you were going to stay in this condo, make sure you take a trip to Predegal Beach. We went there for a couple hours one day and we were the only people on the beach. Although it is not swimmable, it sure is beautiful.

Portofino Pedregal

This is a fabulous apartment with all you need for a comfortable and great holiday. The terrace was spacious to enjoy the sun, views and meals outside. The master had a very comfy bed and cool with air con and fans. The pool was lovely too. Any issues were quickly sorted. Short walk down to the town. A lovely place to enjoy Cabo.

Another fantastic stay!

This is the second time we stayed in this condo. It has had an update since our last stay. I loved the changes to the decor. It was so nice! It is a fantastic unit and is located so close to town yet allows for privacy at night. Yes, there is construction, but that is happening all around Cabo. Do not hesitate to book this condo. Wonderful stay

Our stay in Portofino's town home was absolutely ideal. The unit boasts ample space, featuring two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a generously sized patio. It's conveniently situated away from the pool, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay, but still within close proximity in case you need to pop back for anything. We were thrilled to find the condo stocked with all the beach essentials, including four chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach day a breeze! The unit was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again!

Excellent view of the city kjkjk

This was the first time we ever stayed at a VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Juan at the entrance and he took us up to the room. He showed us all the amenities, offered us a large just of water for $3.00 US and it was worth it rather then lugging water up the hill. The deck gets sun mid morning but nice to sit all anytime of day. A fully stocked kitchen with spices and dishwashing tabs. They also had laundry detergent for the washer. The place has two pools the second is just below the first one. Both were quiet, the nice thing they have pool noodles and beach chairs if you want to use them. The only issue is the noise from the construction behind, they are building into the side of the mountain and the backroom faces it so during the day it can be noisy. They don't start working till about 9 am and stop about 5pm. You can still hear trucks driving up the hill behind throughout the evening at night but with the doors closed it is not too noisy. It is not something that will be ending anytime soon. The walk into town is not bad the streets are rough so wear good flat shoes. The taxi charges 240-300 pesos from the marina or take a Uber for 100 pesos. We walked up in the early evening, we never had any issues. You will see a set of stairs when you are heading into town before the curve in the road, don't take them you have to climb a gate, not the easiest. It was a great place and we would stay there again.

Amazing place, great location.

The view is amazing from the patio. The place is beautiful, clean, and well kept grounds. Quiet and safe area. I just wish that, BEFORE I paid with my credit card, that they had told me about the construction immediately behind the house where a jack hammer was going all day long cutting into the rock to build another condo. This info may have swayed my decision to book here, had I know ahead of time. However, everything else about this place was absolutely perfect, and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!

Home away from home

The property was very clean and well maintained. The pool was warm and close to our unit. We had the best sunrise views from our balcony and the master bedroom. Bed was comfy. Shower is huge. Plenty of in house amenities except for coffee, so bring your own. I loved the decor and especially the blue sofa! It was extra safe and nice and quiet. I would stay here again but possibly rent a car next time. Each cab ride was about $15 each way. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Oasis in the city

Pedregal is an oasis in the city with great views of the marina in Cabo San Lucas. The Portofino condos had everything we needed and the management company was great about helping to get groceries delivered and we had access to a private garage for our rental car. Would highly recommend!

Great stay in the Pedregal

We had a great stay at this condo with its wonderful terrace and view. It was very clean, nice furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the pools and walked into town twice a day for coffee and meals. No need for a car, although we had one and enjoyed the beaches and nearby towns. At night it was fun to watch the fireworks on the nearby beaches, from the lovely terrace.

Pedregal Condo

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed spending the day at the property sitting on the deck or going to the pools. Getting to down town is a short walk down the hill and a bit further to the marina. If you have mobility issues or self induced Margarita ones a cab ride is suggested to get back up the hill. We were very late getting to the property and Freddy patiently awaited our arrival.

All about the view

Spectacular east view over the city to the ocean. Upscale neighborhood. Well maintained and renovated unit. Nice quiet complex with one of 2 pools heated. Garage. As in all Cabos, lots of construction traffic. Because of this, guest room is noisy, but master is fine. Federico, the agency man is helpful . Enjoyed our stay. Did I mentioned the view ?
