Escape to your own private backyard resort in Gilbert, one of Phoenix's most desirable suburbs. Perfect for families, golf getaways, and sports teams, this spacious 5-bedroom home sleeps 10 guests and features a heated pool, putting green, fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor dining. Minutes from Downtown Gilbert, the Heritage District, Arizona Athletic Grounds, golf courses, shopping, and dining. Relax, play, and make unforgettable memories in the Arizona sunshine. Approximately 28 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Welcome to your vacation! Step into this newly renovated and upgraded space. Be prepared to unwind and enjoy relaxing, connecting and making memories as a group!

As you walk through the front door, you will be entering into the first living room/dining area. Kick back and relax on the power reclining sofas or break out the games to kick start your getaway right!

From the dining area, make a right into the kitchen, and you'll enjoy a well-equipped space ready for you to prepare a family meal. Utilize the kitchen amenities such as the pantry, garbage disposal and brand-new appliances. Start your morning off right with one the 2 coffee makers provided.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms ready for you. 1 king suit, 3 queen rooms. Each room is equipped with luggage racks, touch lamps with USB ports, 43 inch smart TVS, sound machines and ceiling fans. You will also find 1 full guest bathroom and 1 full master bathroom.

Downstairs, you will find 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and the laundry room; which also features brand new machines. The downstairs area is your access to both the front and back of the house.

Now for the fun stuff! Take a step outside and enjoy the heated pool and backyard that boasts a 3-hole putting green, loungers, BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit and plenty of seating for everyone! Large beach towels are provided. You will also see a deck box, with life jackets, putters and golf balls. Spend the evening with a night swim or fire in the designated fire pit. Arizona sunsets are not ones to forget!

***Please note this is a corner lot, on Val Vista. Road noise can be heard from outside***

The property was nice. There were 6 of us on a golf trip and the sleeping bedrooms were great for that. The noisy road that runs behind the house made it harder to enjoy the back yard and sometimes even getting to sleep was a chore.

The home was exactly as portrayed in the description and photos. We felt very at home as the property had every thing we needed, the kitchen was very well supplied to make cooking easy. The pool was a big hit for the whole family, as was the putting green. The location offers many options for shopping and restaurant's. Communication with the host was very good, Ileana was very quick to respond to any questions, and very friendly to work with. I would definitely rent this property again.

This was the second time my group has stayed at this property. It's very comfortable and the putting green is great along with the pool. After a day of golf, the pool felt great.A lot of great restaurants are located within 15 minutes and no issues with any of the neighbors. There is a main road that runs behind the home, but you don't hear the noise from traffic inside the home.It's nice to return to the same property and know where everything is located in the home. My group had a great time, and we are planning our third annual golf get away for next year. We will be planning to stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check-in was easy. The home was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This was a great gathering place for families. The 5 bedrooms & 2 living rooms made it very comfortable for everyone. The location has lots of street parking. The swimming pool & golf pad was a huge hit with the kids/teens. Communication with the host was very quick & attentive. Definitely a gem for multiple families vacationing together.

We had a great stay in Gilbert. The house is very welcoming, with 5 good size bedrooms. The main floor has a great layout that offers two living areas and two eating areas, which is accommodating for bigger families. The pool is heated, 85 degrees in January which the kids loved. Our hosts were nothing but amazing with accommodating requests and answering all of our questions. This property will be on our Arizona east valley list for future stays. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This property is very nice. The only issues are that we had some problems with the dish washer only starting on delay. That may have been the operator. Also the traffic is kind of noisy, but that can't he helped. And rental houses seem to always have dull kitchen knives.

Golf Weekend

We all live different parts of the US and met in Phoenix to play golf and have a great time.The house was perfect. We enjoyed the putting green and the pool was well used by all of us.For us the house was located close to great golf courses and plenty of restaurants and Costco.We will definitely stay here again.

Great home! House was clean when we arrived. It was spacious and the pool was very nice and the putting green was a big attraction for everyone Beds were fine and they had plenty of towels for both bathrooms and poolBathrooms had plenty of supplies such as shampoo etc and emergency travel stuff such as toothpaste Plenty of kitchen supplies and a few snacks were appreciated when we got into the home. Host was responsive to a few questions and check in was quick and easy. One minor note is that it was a little noisy in the back yard. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Home in Gilbert

We had a great time at a family wedding and it was perfect to have this comfortable home in which to retreat. We had a great time with the putting green and talked about doing some swimming but didn’t get that done. Highly recommend this home for future VRBO people!

Great experience!

Our hosts were the best - very responsive, and they went the extra mile to make our stay a happy one. The house is amazingly and thoughtfully stocked. The pool was pleasantly warm, and we even dragged out the cornhole game (provided) for some fun. Be aware that the house is close to a busy boulevard, although the wall mitigates the sound. Would totally recommend a stay here.
