Glass windows from ceiling to floor and two large, modern glass balconies with incredible sunrise and stunning views.

Master Bedroom includes a spacious walk in closet.

Center, 24/7 Valet Parking, Lounge Area, Community Center, Party room, and much more.

The Community Center includes Ping Pong Table, foosball Table, Pool Table, and more.

The pool hours are from sunrise to sunset. The party room is available from 10am to 1am.

Please note the building is undergoing renovations. There is no access to the balcony and you should expect that during the hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday there will be loud noises.
As well l, the pool will be closed on weekdays and re-open on the weekends. Beach access will not be affected.

You must be 21 years or older to rent this condo.

FOBS (every two guest): $30 per FOB to access the building and amenities.

Online Shopping Delivery: $5 charge per package.

Please ensure that you follow all Sian Ocean Residence rules listed under "Policies and rules" and posted within the property. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fine and your FOB being deactivated immediately until all fines are paid.

• If you have any issue that you may need to resolve in regards to a unit that you live in or are visiting, contact the unit manager or owner directly.
• Please, have your fob with you at all times, so that you can enter and exit the building without disturbing our staff.
• If you are a visitor and will be receiving packages by mail, the price is $5 per package. The size of the package won't be considered. Also, if you receive multiple packages from the same order, each package will be charged individually.
• If you need a cart to carry luggage, groceries and/or packages, please talk to the Valet Parking personnel. You must be an adult and an ID card will be required.
• If you will be using the cart, you must go to the upper floors by using the service elevator only.
• All visitors must park their vehicles with Valet Parking. The first-floor garage is not available for any visitor.
• If you are going to the beach, when you come back to the building, please ONLY use the service elevator. You cannot walk the property's hallways while wet or with sand.
