In the heart of Sherman Oaks, this four-bedroom, four-bath single-story home combines refined modern design with a resort-style saltwater pool. Spanning 2,800 square feet, it has been thoughtfully renovated with sophisticated finishes and premium details. Highlights include a chef’s kitchen, spa-inspired primary suite, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and a gated yard with a heated pool and jacuzzi. Minutes from Studio City dining and shops, it offers the perfect Los Angeles retreat.
This residence was fully reimagined for modern comfort, entertaining, and relaxation. The open-concept layout fills with natural light through Fleetwood and Marvin doors, creating an effortless connection to the outdoors.
The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with Thermador appliances, handcrafted Kast stone sinks, Waterworks faucets, and custom designer lighting. A large island and dining area make it easy to cook, gather, and entertain. The living space is anchored by a sleek fireplace and finished with white oak paneling and plaster walls that add warmth and texture.
The primary suite is a serene retreat with a spa-style wet room shower, freestanding soaking tub, and Phylrich fixtures. Three additional bedrooms provide comfort and flexibility for families, friends, or longer stays, with bathrooms dressed in designer tile and eco-friendly stone.

Guests will have access to the entire home. There is a weekly gardener and pool service at the property, but no one else unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Griffith Park, Fryman Canyon, and Malibu beaches are all close enough for day trips. Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and the Westside are also a short drive away, making this location both peaceful and central.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car. If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

In the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.
This is a permitted short-term rental in the City of Los Angeles. No smoking or parties. Pets may be considered with prior approval. While garage and driveway parking are available, we recommend compact vehicles for easier access.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
