We welcome you to our amazing and cozy 6bedroom, 4.5bath home with a private pool (heating available) located in the Solara Resort.
In addition to the beautiful private pool, the house also features a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill and a mini-fridge perfect for outdoor gatherings!
Located in Kissimmee, just 15 minutes from the Disney parks and with easy access to all of Orlandos attractions, restaurants, shopping malls, and golf courses.

The Solara Resort is a man gated community. Guests will have full access to club house amenities:

- Kids play area and Splash Pad/slide
- Free-Teen video games
- Full-sized basketball court, beach volleyball court and soccer field

The living room overlooks the kitchen and dining room where plenty of time is spent. Kitchen has fully equipped all utensils, enjoy your meals as family at the breakfast bar, dining room table.

The property has a  RING doorbell, central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities.

Extra Services (MUST BE REQUESTED UNTIL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN):

POOL HEATING: $35 per nights (minimum 3 nights)
SUMMER KITCHEN: $95 for the entire stay (propane included). The area also features a mini-fridge for your convenience.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection every day.Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door. No loose items in trash receptacle or open bags permitted.

PETS:
Weere happy to welcome small pets (up to 15 kg / 33 lbs)! A pet fee applies, and approval is required prior to arrival. Please note that pets are not allowed on beds or sofas, and guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
