Spacious and welcoming, this home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests- perfect for large family gatherings, group trips, or holiday celebrations. Conveniently located in East Wichita with quick access to 96 highway, you'll be close to shopping and dining. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, friendly competitions with the pool table and arcade games, and plenty of room to relax and make lasting memories together.

Kitchen: cooking supplies, blender, crock pot, coffee station with regular pot and Keurig (coffee and creamer supplied)

Bar: located in kitchen

Master bedroom: King and full bed, TV

This house is perfect for a large group or multiple families. Each floor can hold at least one family and we had a lot of kids! The hosts have an incredible downstairs play area with a pool table. Very clean and quick to communicate. Would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for our family of seven adults. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Should we visit Wichita again we'll choose this house.

This property was rated a 10/10 and we know why. The home was super clean, in a safe neighborhood with friendly walkers and runners, the house has a really cool layout with the downstairs that can sleep an army, it has a pool table, and an arcade machine that our kids just went nuts for. I’m always critical of the beds in places like this, but my wife commented these to some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in including our own. Additionally, We found a phenomenal coffee shop on the way out of town called CAFE DAZE. Fantastic food for Family of six, and a diverse menu that included tons of gluten-free options. if we end up in Wichita again, this is gonna be our house for the future.

This house was perfect for us. Great space very clean, and in a great quiet location! The host was awesome to communicate with and everything went perfect. Comments from several in our group was that we would definitely choose to stay here again without a doubt! Thank You for the great weekend!!

This was a great house for our group of ladies. We had room to spread out, watch TV, play games and eat. We loved having so many beds. We will most definitely stay again when we come back to Wichita.

We booked this house for 4 families that were coming to town for travel ball. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood, and the house was spacious for us to spread out and let the kids be downstairs playing pool while the adults were on the main level. It worked out great for us, and we will definitely be back!

Great location! Near fast food, nice dining, and shopping. Less than 3 miles to Koch arena. Hosts were very responsive and house was more than enough room for my family to be entertained and relax. Definitely will reserve again when back in Wichita.
