This amazing 3 bedroom condo is perfect for groups, families, and more. Walk out to pool & the Village of Baytowne Wharf! You can take the cart to the beach, Grand Blvd and anywhere on the resort. Enjoy our crystal clear water and white sand beach by cart or car.

The main living area features dining, living space, full kitchen and has access to the main balcony. Your dining table seats 8 and there is room at the breakfast bar for 4. Just off of the fully stocked kitchen you will find a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Also enjoy the outdoor dining on the balcony with extra seating. Two master bedrooms makes this the perfect setup for anyone. Both masters include king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third room includes full size bunk beds with a full bathroom just across the hall. All rooms have extra storage space and tv's.

Just outside you will find a tropical oasis pool deck complete with hot tub and grills. Fitness room overlooks the pool deck and be sure to walk around to see the amazing dolphin feature. Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside,Grayton Beach, outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.

On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball, shopping, dining, kids activates, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center. Beach is less than 1.5 miles from the condo. Take the cart all the way to the beach!
Market Street is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change.
Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
