The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly residence designed for gathering and relaxing between outings. You’ll have four bedrooms across three levels, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the main living area to accommodate flexible sleeping needs. The open-concept living space makes it easy to cook, dine, and lounge together, and WiFi plus a laptop-friendly workspace help you stay connected.

Head up to the private rooftop deck for evening conversations by the outdoor fire pit or enjoy fresh air in the shared backyard (Bedroom 1 has private access to it). Practical perks include an in-home washer and dryer and garage parking for two vehicles.

• Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Queen bed; private ensuite bath with single vanity and shower/tub combo; private access to the shared backyard. Accessible via the garage door.

• Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Queen bed.

• Bedroom 3 (3rd Floor): Two queen-over-queen bunk beds; ensuite bath with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Bedroom 4 – Primary (3rd Floor): Queen bed; large ensuite bath with dual vanity and walk-in shower.

• Living Room (2nd Floor): Queen-size sofa sleeper.

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1 (Ensuite to Bedroom 1): Shower/tub combo.

• Bathroom 2 (2nd Floor Hall): Single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Bathroom 3 (Ensuite to Bedroom 3): Shower/tub combo.

• Bathroom 4 (Ensuite to Primary Bedroom 4): Dual vanity and walk-in shower.



Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This is a multi-level home; stairs are required.

• Parking: Garage parking for 2 vehicles. No parking in the shared driveway. Limited street parking may be available off the edge of the road on a first-come, first-served basis and is at your own risk if conditions are muddy. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Shared Spaces: The backyard is shared. Bedroom 1 has private access to this area.

• Bedroom 1 Access: Bedroom 1 is accessible via the garage door.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly.

• Security Cameras: Two exterior cameras monitor the exterior only—one at the front door (front entrance area) and one at the back door (rear entry/common backyard area).

• Laundry & Kitchen: Washer and dryer are available in the home. The kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, and utensils.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Location Logistics: About 5–15 minutes to top spots—Broadway (12 min), Nissan Stadium (10 min), Bridgestone Arena (12 min), The Gulch (13 min), TopGolf (7 min), and Five Points in East Nashville (5 min). BNA Airport is about 15 minutes. Kroger is a 2-minute drive, and Crazy Gnome Brewery is just across the street.
