Designed for groups and families, this modern townhouse offers four private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus a spacious third-floor bonus area for extra sleeping and a dedicated workspace. The first floor features an open-concept living room with a comfy sofa, armchair, and smart TV, making it easy to unwind after a day out.
Cook at home in the fully stocked kitchen with cookware, bakeware, and utensils, then gather at the island with seating for 3 or the cozy dining nook for 2. On the third floor, the large loft-style bonus space provides four additional queen beds and a desk area for catching up on work. You’ll also have in-home laundry and WiFi for added convenience.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: 1 vehicle can park on the dedicated pad behind the unit (access via the alley). Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No additional reserved parking is available.
• Stairs: This is a three-story townhouse. Stairs are required; there is no elevator.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer in the home.
• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided for guest use.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Security camera: One exterior camera is located over the front door and monitors the entrance, sidewalk, and street.
• Sister unit: This home is a sister unit to “Modern Retreat,” and you may see other guests coming and going. Larger groups can book both homes together as “Modern Duo,” pending availability.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
