This was a great place to stay. It was clean, modern, and well stocked. There is nothing more annoying than running out of toilet paper and running to the store while on vacation. Thank you!

The stay was very nice, easy to find and getting in was a breeze. The only issue we ran into was the TVs should be updated, we were unable to use the fire sticks to log into Our steaming services and the main TV was the only one we could get logged into.

Nice Condo - Great location

The condo was nice and the beds were comfy. Nice space for everyone. Extras were nice. Housekeeping upon check-in was not so good. Dishwasher was full of dishes. There were dirty diapers left in the trash can in the second bedroom. We had to search for sheets to make the bed on the pullout couch. Other than that, my rate would have been 5 stars. I would say the condo sleeps 5, not 6. The pull out couch is sufficient for 1 teenager/adult.

Lisa, thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed this spacious condo, but we're sorry that some aspects of your stay fell flat. Though the dishwasher was full of dishes upon arrival, these dishes were clean. If the homeowner were to have the cleaning crew put them away, they would be forced to raise the cleaning fee in order to have them stick around and wait for the washing cycle to finish. The homeowner strives to keep this fee as low as possible for their guests. We're sorry you had some trouble finding extra sheets, however, we understand the homeowner informed you where the sheets were and you were grateful for the quick response. The pullout couch is, in fact, a queen-sized mattress and is adequate to fit two adults. Finally, the homeowner would like to apologize for the diapers left in the second bedroom. It appears the cleaner missed one of the trash cans, however, this cleaner has since been replaced, so we are confident this situation will not recur for future guests. Was expecting better

Bathroom sink was clogged. They unclogged sink. However whoever they had to do the job left inside the toilet with debris/particles that was stuck to toilet. We didn’t like that. Then washer and dryer kept shutting off and could not be running at the same time. We kept resetting the circuit breaker switch.

Little getaway

First thing; I read previous reviews; like the one about the toilet paper shortage. There is so much toilet paper now, lol. Obviously, the owners/property manager read and take seriously any issues and concerns. We had a little hiccup with the electronic door lock, but the contact answered the first call on the third ring. He provided us with a backup and we were in. The place is clean, neat, and has everything. I mean everything you need to stay. Pots and pans, coffee maker, etc. Great location. There is some renovations right now with the property clubhouse, so only one pool and one hot tub available. All in all, great little place. We only used the master bedroom, but like everyone else says, the mattress was super comfy. We would definitely use this place again.

Good stay.. door code was wrong so we couldn’t get in.. but after two phone calls luckily at 9 pm in

Cleans and nice… fyi there is a solid grout piece sticking up in from of shower like a sharp rock I stepped on barefoot.. I out rug over it so my grandparents wouldn’t grudge a foot.. need to get that fixed in bathroom asap.. simple fix though… No tv service provider so everything is via appts! That would be nice to know too

It WAS lovely!

Seamless check on. Well stocked except for a large sheet pan and toilet paper??? Why TP?? It was mentioned in another review so I thought it worth mentioning again. There were more than enough paper towel, towels and soap though. So strange. Family of 4 with 2 grown children and there was plenty of room. Visited the pool only twice in evening, since we spent all of the days out hiking. It was very close to the unit which is a plus if you have little ones. I did have a few questions a week before our stay and called the contact with no return phone call. We did have to text the contact when we got there because we also had TV issues, like others have mentioned. We do not have Hulu and it was a bummer that we couldn’t access local cable for news and programming and such. The contact responded quickly with a diagram of how to use the remote which didn’t fix our problem but at least there was a response. These are all little problems but I think worth mentioning so others are prepared. I would wholeheartedly stay there again!!!

Great way to vacation!

Check-in was a breeze. We were also impressed with the proximity to all the National parks close by, the amenities were fantastic-pool, Jacuzzi, raquetball, tennis, ping-pong, mini-golf, and a beautiful view of the canyon. When we got back from our adventures each day, there was something in this condo for us to use. They thought of everything! Considering the hotels nearby were more expensive for a few nights in a row, this is a great way to vacation!

Good Experience

Only had a few hiccups…didn’t receive check in email, working with middle man (Evolve) was an extra step…made email inquiry response time poor. Ran out of TP…family of 4 for three days needs more than 1 1/2 rolls when there’s no other tissue in the house. 🤦‍♀️ Oddly placed outlets made charging devices wonky and blankets were scarce. All very first world challenges…we would definitely stay again despite as property itself was VERY nice. SUPER disappointed the HOA finds it necessary to water daily in March when Utah is in extreme drought. That’s awful, but obviously not condo owners responsibility.

Comfortable and Well Stocked!!

This place was beautiful! The owner had it well stocked with towels, dishes, condiments. Everything you could need! It was clean and comfortable. The couch is huge and so comfy. The amenities were super fun and my kids loved playing at there. I feel like the owner really cares about his property and it shows. I noticed in other reviews that they suggested full length mirrors and nonslip things in the tub, the owner obviously listens and wants his property to be the best because it had all those things which is so cool. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!

Plumbing needs help...

This condo was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable! It could use a little help though. It had an odd smell and the plumbing needs a LOT of help. None of the drains worked properly. They all backed up, including the sink. When taking a shower, we’d be standing in 4”+ of water from the drain not working well. This made it hard to bathe babies because the bottom of the tub was so gross. There was no garbage disposal which also made things more difficult.

Great place

We felt at home. Had everything we needed. Easy to check in and out. Amazing amenities. We had fun playing pickle ball, tennis, racquet ball, pool etc. also enjoyed the hot tubs. We will be back!

Great spot to relax between baseball games.

Nice property. Good spot to unwind and relax. Good location and easy to get around to all that Saint George has to offer. The DVD player didn't work and the tv required guests to have Hulu, Netflix, Dinsney+,etc. so no movie nights this trip.
