🚧 Backyard Remodel: You are welcome to go out back to smoke but keep in mind the backyard is currently undergoing a remodel and will be an exciting new feature soon. Please note its current status when booking. Guest access When renting the house, you will have full and exclusive access to: ➡️ Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards. ⬅️ Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp. 🔄 Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and the AC/heating when leaving the property. 🗓️ Booking Requirements: A two-night minimum stay applies, with longer minimums during holidays (subject to change). 🚽 Plumbing Care: Absolutely no wipes or female products should be flushed down the toilet.
