We had an amazing time visiting NYC and staying at the property. The location can be unsafe after hours and be prepared to pay a lot in Lyft rides. I would highly suggest the subway as much as possible.

This property is very close to the subway and it was extremely easy to get to all the attractions in NYC. The check in process was a hiccup because the digital lock was tricky. The host was unavailable at the time of check in (due to no fault of her own), so it made it a little stressful. The host contacted me as soon as she was able and was extremely helpful in getting us settled. She did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of during our stay.

Our stay was nice. We were in town for a short stent. There were a few things that could have been better, like more bed side tables and maybe a dresser and additional mirror in the larger bedroom. Something’s needed a little bit of work, but still functioned okay. The owners were very helpful and communicative. The location was great. Overall a nice place to stay.

This location was ideal extremely clean. The location is close to shopping eatery and transportation. Unfortunately our occasion was a funeral the owner was so helpful in our time of need. My son really enjoyed the space. We live in a 3,000!square foot home I didn’t feel the difference. Thank you so much for your space and kindness it means the world to me Future renter this place is ideal great awesome location you wont go wrong. Oh parking was easy on the street no issues

Convenient location to subway, secure property. Comfy space, plenty of beds, and a good place for our large group to call home. The owners do observe Shabbat, but made sure to provide a point of contact for the time they would be unavailable. The Crown/Utica area itself is a cultural mix that was new to us but we had no problems with anybody and were grateful for the stay and the proximity to transit. Our only critique would be to request the coffee machine have vinegar nearby or be de-scaled before guests arrive. We will be back if we visit Brooklyn again!

This was a clean three-bedroom apartment that comfortably slept six for our visit. It is well-located for Brooklyn-related activities, near a subway stop and 25-30 minute walk from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and Museum. Shopping nearby, and a vibrant, diverse neighborhood.
