Thank you! We absolutely loved our stay at all three of Adria's homes. Perfect for a large family/reunions/multi-generation gatherings. We had 25 people, four generations and were able to be together, but still have 9 bedrooms and 3 homes to spread out and have our privacy. Perfect location for Lake Powell, boating, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, etc. Homes are nicely updated, clean and our hosts were easy to communicate with, responsive to to help and all around great! Thank you!

Everything exceeded our expectations

We had an absolutely magical Labor Day weekend at Adria's property! Our extended family rented all 3 homes and couldn't have been happier. The houses were immaculately clean and conveniently located in Page. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms and amenities to keep everyone happy. Adria was fantastic - incredibly responsive with great communication throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations and we have zero complaints. The entire experience was magnificent and we would highly recommend this property to anyone! Definitely deserving of 5 stars. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Place

We had a family reunion at the 3 houses, 22 people, and it was perfect for us. Spotless, well equipped laundry and kitchens. We used it as base camp for Lower Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend sunset overlook and upper river boat trip, Glen Canyon Dam, swimming in Lake Powell, south rim Grand Canyon and dinosaur tracks. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Horsehoe Bend house was big enough for all of us to gather for dinners and bday party. Great host and communication. We will definitely be back!

Clean and well stocked, these three house were a perfect home base for my extended family while playing in the lake Powell area. Owners were very responsive when we had a few minor issues. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our group! All three houses were comfortable, clean, modern and convenient, with space for people to gather and spread out as needed. The location is ideal—close to restaurants and retail, but still quiet. We were only there for one night, but many in our large group of adult friends would like to stay there again.

Perfect

We have a large family and finding a place to house all of us was difficult. Adria was so great to work with us and we were able to get three homes right next to each other for our reunion. I worked perfectly. The homes are well cared for and have plenty of space for everything we needed. It's close to everything in town as well as easy access to all the fun things to do Powell related. We would definitely stay here again!

Attention to the smallest of details was abundant

We rented the three house package and found them to be a most enjoyable place to stay. Immaculately clean and fully stocked. Check in and out very smooth and easy. Attention to the smallest of details was abundant and Adria was very kind and helpful. Dean was very kind and helpful also. We will book with these hosts again in a heart beat. Hopefully they will have more houses for us next time :) We loved your houses and we are grateful for your attention to details. They were immaculate and homey. This made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you for everything!

The host provided a wealth of information

Great accommodations. The host provided a wealth of information about local attractions and restaurants, boating on Lake Powell, and the houses in general. I compiled all of her emails into a packet I distributed to each of our houses, and it ended up being 7 pages long (and it wasn’t all house rules, it was mostly stuff like “watch your speed near the dam, the police like to camp out there”, or “here’s a website where locals post about lake conditions and boat ramp openings”, or “here are the Wi-fi passwords”). My family would definitely book this listing/book with this host again.

Unique Experience

We had wonderful time at Page and Lake Powell. The house is different than most of other houses that we have stayed in. Living in the near desert area in Arizona and still having a huge lake nearby, it was an amazing experience.

Matt & Adria sought solace from the cloudy Pacific Northwest winters by spending the spring and falls in their recently established home away from home, in Page, Arizona. Matt first fell in love with this area on his inaugural trip to Lake Powell in 1974 with his parents, and has continued to travel here over the years with his wife, three daughters and dogs as often as they can. Vermillion Cliffs House built 2011 Antelope Canyon House built 2018 Camilla & Brigham Adams own Horseshoe Bend House , renovated 2020, and also serve as onsite managers for Adria's homes.
