Fully equipped Kitchen, with modern amenities. Keurig coffee maker and French Press available. Fully fenced in backyard with relaxing chairs and table under a covered patio with ceiling fan. Small dogs (under 25pounds, limit 2) are welcome please clean up after your pets.

Other things to note
We do not charge a pet fee if you disclose you are bringing a small (under 25lbs) dog, limit two. Undisclosed pet fee is $50 per dog. No cats allowed. There will be a $500 fee for bringing a cat onto the property. Our cleaning crew charges us if they have to pick up poop, fees start at $25.
