Perfect Place to Experience Phoenix

Location and townhome accommodations were perfect place to getaway for month of March. The home was nicely decorated, large private patio, close walking distance to South Mountain and loved the use of the golf pathways for a stroll around sunset time and frequently visited the community pool and jacuzzi. Ideal for checking out Phoenix’s local attractions like MLB ballparks, Barrett Jackson, numerous golf courses and great restaurant scene! The only reasons I didn’t give a 5-star rating is the patio area needed some fresh gardening, cleanup care and patio paver repair. Owner said he was transitioning to a new landscaping service so hopefully will see some improvement there. Owner was reachable during our stay and accommodating to our needs. Once we had a electrical issue with a circuit breaker tripping, so he drove over to help. Also gifted us a meal to Rustlers Roost because our townhome wasn’t ready upon our arrival. I would highly recommend staying here. The only setback is the home has only 1 full bath making it difficult to host adult friends staying with you but other than that it is a great place!

Comfortable and convenient

This is a very comfortable unit with everything we needed for a great one-week stay. Loved being able to walk up to South Mountain park from our front door. Beds and linens were very nice - we slept well. And the manager was very quick to respond to the couple of questions we did have. I'd be happy to stay there again if we're in the area.

Staycation!

My husband and I decided to celebrate his 60th birthday in a secluded area of town that I used to live in over 30 years ago. It was a relaxing long holiday weekend. We enjoyed a round of golf at the Arizona Grand resort and hiking the trails. Highly recommend this townhome for a staycation!

Excellent choice for my wife and my 30th annivesary. Loved the location and access to S. MT trails

Our host was very gracious. My daughter contacted him to arrange a welcome gift for us on arrival which was such a nice surprise. Many thanks and we would highly recommend and stay again.

Great location at South Mountain

This townhome was a perfect location to access the South Mountain hiking trails. We could walk to the trailhead. We enjoyed sitting on the lovely brick patio and using the grill. We had a bit of trouble with the tv. He had Hulu and we were unfamiliar with it. Wish there was some instructions. Also, I texted the owner at the end of our stay to say we needed to leave early and then again. He never responded to me. Instructions also said to take the garbage out. We had no idea where to bring it. Also, keep in mind this is in a busy townhome area so it's not super quiet. A couple barking dogs here and there and some sounds of cars, but not really a problem. Overall a great place.

Loved our stay here!

Just as advertised. My husband had a short drive to his conference in downtown Phoenix every day. Enjoyed hiking the Pima Canyon Trails and sitting at the community pool during our stay! We kept commenting to each other "We will be back!"

Upscale Condo, quiet neighborhood

Classy comfort with excellent access to hiking trails, this quiet condo was perfect for our stay. The description is accurate as the place is charming and well-supplied with basics. We experienced no problems with check in or using any of the facilities. Looking forward to staying here again!

Lovely townhouse, convenient location.

Marko was very responsive when there was an issue with the toilet. The beds and bedding is very nice. There are multiple light bulbs that need replacing, bathroom, bedside tables and living room ceiling. It did not affect our stay, just letting you know.

Very comfortable. Easy access to hikes and shops. Quiet, only real noise is gardeners.

We enjoyed our time here. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The only problem we had was getting the bathroom plugs to work the ground interruptor kept tripping and wouldn’t reset, and the neighbors kept parking in our space. They moved when we asked, though.

A great place!

I stayed here for 2 months while relocating from another state. This is a beautiful place. Everything you need to really enjoy your stay has been provided. The location is amazing. It's close to shopping, great restaurants, and freeway access to get anywhere in the valley easily, but in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood with great access to South Mountain area for walking. The owner is very helpful and responsive to any questions. People at the nearby shops and restaurants are friendly and helpful. Door Dash delivery service is quick and efficient if you don't feel like cooking! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Can't recommend highly enough - you will really enjoy yourself here!

Cute Condo with Great Patio

The condo had everything we needed to feel at home ~ and we did. The patio in the back with the string lighting added a great ambiance to our time outside. The owner was very responsive and even gave a great recommendation for a lunch place that we visited every day! Thanks so much!!

Clean and Handy but...

This property is clean, secure and close to my daughter's apartment. Nice neighborhood, with very limited parking. A/C works well. The putting green was a lot of fun. The TV is well equipped (though I found the hand written instructions a bit crude). We enjoyed our stay. We always leave rental properties in great condition. With that in mind, my only complaint with this property was paying a cleaning fee and being asked (or be charged) to load and run dish washer, strip linens and towels and take out the trash. What's the cleaning fee for? In my opinion, that is asking too much for folks already paying a significant cleaning fee.

Fabulous place

My husband and I spent a week here in early April 2018. The condo was as fabulous as it appears. Everything was top of the line from the appliances to the linens. . The yard was private and we enjoyed breakfast on the balconey. And my husband enjoyed perfecting his putts on the putting green. The complex was pristine; the pool was lovely, nearby, and not crowded. Even the dog was happy in his gated yard. This place is topnotch. We highly recommend it and would certainly choose to stay here again if we find ourselves in the Phoenix area.
