Our journey into hosting began years ago in a different way when we opened our home to international students while our daughter was in high school. Those years of cultural exchange were eye-opening and rewarding, teaching us the joy of welcoming others into our space. When our daughter graduated in 2022, the house suddenly felt too quiet. Soon after, a trip to Ireland changed everything. We stayed in several short-term rentals, each one offering more than just a bed. It was about the warmth of the hosts, the conversations, and the small details that made us feel at home. Inspired, we decided to begin welcoming travelers ourselves, and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made.
Since then we have met amazing guests from near and far. Each visit brings new stories, new perspectives, and a reminder of how wonderfully diverse life can be. Our goal is simple: to provide more than a place to stay. Whether it is the scent of freshly brewed coffee in the morning, a cozy room that feels like a retreat, or a friendly chat around the kitchen table, we want every guest to feel cared for and at ease.
