Our team works hard to make each stay seamless, and it means a lot to hear that it made a difference. We would love to host you again for your next Tahoe getaway.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the home spacious and comfortable for your family. We’re sorry to hear the cleanliness did not meet expectations upon arrival. We’ve shared your comments with our housekeeping team, as this is certainly not the standard we strive for. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the furniture and will share that with the homeowner as we continue to look for ways to improve the guest experience.
