Host was great to communicate with, and very helpful! The house was great, spacious, many rooms and bathrooms. Outdoor, screened patio and pool was excellent. Close to everything! I plan to come back.

Please don’t get me wrong the home was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. I do have suggestions though.As I am a Property Manager here in my home town. I’m suggesting the managing companies put in monthly inspections to touch up paint in unit and to remove or fix damaged furniture. I know it can be a lot dealing with guest in and out all the time but a little extra attention to detail would be great.

The home itself was beautiful, very spacious, and conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. For a 15-bedroom vacation rental, there is a certain expectation, and while the size and layout met our expectations, the cleanliness and upkeep unfortunately did not. The biggest concern was the condition of the living room furniture, especially the couch. It was extremely dirty; to the point that it was honestly uncomfortable and almost scary to sit on. The front entrance also needs pressure washing, you can see where food and other substances were wasted there, and several doors throughout the home need a thorough cleaning. There is a sign requesting no shoes upstairs, which is understandable; however, the carpet had visible stains and spots throughout. It is difficult to ask guests to remove shoes when the carpet itself does not appear clean. The patio and pool furniture also need replacing, as some pieces appeared dry-rotted and heavily worn. Several blinds on the sliding glass doors were damaged and need replacement as well. Another issue was the presence of fruit flies or gnats throughout the house. It became noticeable enough that whenever we cooked, we had to keep food covered to prevent bugs from getting into it. This home has great potential and truly is beautiful, but it is definitely in need of a deep cleaning and some maintenance updates to meet the expectations of a rental this size.

We stayed a team of 28 cheerleaders. It was a large home with lots of common space for us to use. It was great to have a pool at the house and well as the club house to use. our only issue was the overall cleanliness of the home. VERY dusty, stains, french fries found under bed when we check in, couch is stained, dining chairs broken, pool loungers ripping. did not affect our stay, however a little yucky.
