1st Floor
KITCHEN: Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas 5-burner stove top and oven, refrigerator, drawer microwave, dishwasher, reverse osmosis water system, standard drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, crock pot, and fully stocked with all kitchen essentials; Massive walk-in kitchen pantry.
DINING ROOM: Dining room table for 6 people and 3 seats at the kitchen bar.
LIVING ROOM: Queen sofa bed, love seat, accent chair, smart tv (Sleeps 2).
MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, dresser, TV, ensuite full master bathroom, massive walk-in closet, and access to the backyard (Sleeps 2).
MASTER BATHROOM: Fully enclosed glass shower, double vanity, toilet, and walk-in closet.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Located in the kitchen pantry, stackable washer and dryer.
HALF BATHROOM: Located next to the Kitchen & Dining Room; Toilet, sink, and access to backyard.
GARAGE: Massive garage filled with beach supplies; beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, beach mats, beach umbrella, beach tent, and kids beach toys. For games, we have a giant Connect 4 game, Croquet set, and a giant Jenga set.
BACKYARD: Private, fully fenced backyard with a custom heated pool (4ft - 8ft in depth) with attached hot tub (jets not available), propane grill, paver pool deck with lounge chairs, patio with a porch swing, bistro table, and other outdoor seating. We have a heated outdoor shower located on the east side of the home.
PARKING: Fit 4 standard size vehicles in the driveway. The driveway can also fit a boat trailer.

2nd Floor
GUEST BEDROOM 1: Full bed, twin bunk bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and smart tv (Sleeps 4).
GUEST BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, dresser, closet, and ensuite bathroom (Sleeps 2).
GUEST BATHROOM: Connected for Guest BR 2, shower/tub combo, single vanity, and toilet.

PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: A pet fee of $148 is requested and it covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay - Prior to reserving the property, please communicate that you will be bringing a pet(s) for approval. We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. Any damage found during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace the broken item.

PUBLIC BOAT RAMP: A public boat ramp with parking is located one street away positioned next to Aunt Kate's Restaurant.
