Create your next memory in this luxurious oceanfront condo located on the ground floor. A stunning condo, this home is located right on the beach. Enjoy your own private, ground-level patio and the short walk over the dunes to the sand! The condo is not only beautiful but spacious and well-appointed as well, perfect for families or a group of friends.

Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community, and the home is only minutes from downtown Fernandina.

Things to Know Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court! There is some repair work being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I don't have anything negative to say about the place other than the master bed being soft. Communication with Casago was fantastic and answered my questions quickly. I rarely give 5 stars but Im happy to do so here. My only problem is the price doubles next year so we won't be able to stay here again.

Quick family trip

The resort villas were stunnjng, so picturesque with all the low hanging trees and spanish moss on one side and the beach front on the other side. Exceptionally well cared for unit, perfect views, huge kitchen, comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spacious beachfront condo

We were surprised how big the condo was - the online listing did not do it justice. Everything was clean and functional. 3 full bathrooms were key. We have rented more than 10 condos on Amelia Island over the years and this one was the best. Right next to swimming pool and beach access

1801 Turtle Dunes

A really perfect spot for our family. Close proximity to the pool (like 50 feet door-to-door) and the beach is right there. Pool was really nice and not crowded at all. We really liked the patio in the morning for coffee and just to relax. Kitchen was well-maintained and family room was comfortable. Nice floorplan that everyone enjoyed. Omni property was lovely and we felt very safe and secure. Options close by for eating out or plenty of options to eat in the development. Nice grocery store and shopping area just a few minutes drive away. Convenient drive from JAX airport. Rental company very accommodating and communicative. They checked in regularly to see how things were and they were always available. The only thing I would offer as a need for the place would be to replace the twin beds in the third bedroom. They were smaller than your typical twin bed, or so they seemed. That being said, however, we would definitely stay here again!
