Located in a prime location on the exclusive Amelia Island Plantation, this newly renovated home is just steps to beach access, with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and lots of great in-suite amenities! Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this townhome located on the golf view side of the Amelia Island Plantation. This home comes with a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a private balcony and patio, TVs, and high-speed WiFi. Take the oak-lined paths by foot or bike to the Spa and Village Shops. Stroll across the green space for a shortcut to the shops and dining or meander along any of the nine miles of winding paths and trails to enjoy the gorgeous maritime forests and scenery. This is a perfect location for a family vacation. You won't find a quieter place to enjoy the unique beauty and attractions of this top-notch resort and the surrounding region.

Ironically, I have stayed in this unit before. Clean and a good value. Many of these units people own for vacation rentals could stand to be overhauled, this one included. I would rent again certainly. It accomplishes what I used it for.

Spacious with great location

Great location-easy walk to beach and Omni amenities. Good to have a patio with a Weber kettle grill for outdoor cooking. Nice kitchen, excellent laundry machines. Unit had some issues - sliding glass door and screen off track. Cable tv only worked in the living room. Furnishings a bit dated. Renovation in progress - but not while we were there.

The best ever

The property was exactly as described but better- we were concerned that the location was down the road from the Omni main facilities - It was right across the street. Villa 2010 at Beachwood not 2010m Beachwood rd.- Our mistake and a wonderful outcome! We will return.
