The rooms are much smaller than represented. The bifold door ‘closet’ between the two bedrooms left much room for privacy. However, the place was clean and well stocked with the essentials and served the purpose of our stay.

Great Spring Break!

We visited for my sons spring break. The location was perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views. I prefer to be with lifeguards and it was just a short walk on the beach to get to a lifeguard stand, which was really great with kids. The condo was clean and comfortable. The overall location was great. We were close to restaurants, grocery store and entertainment.

The property was clean with the exception that there were bugs in the coffee pot and the blow dryer didn't work.

Our local team has confirmed that the beach chairs are functional, showing only normal wear. Regarding the blow dryer, we will be replacing it promptly to ensure it works properly for future guests. Additionally, the homeowner is actively coordinating pest management to address the concerns with the coffee pot. We will also be conducting a thorough inspection of the home during the next visit to check on all other items and make any necessary improvements. Last minute

We booked this last minute and for the price, it was perfect! Beachfront, pet friendly, and nice views! The dune was in the way a bit but we could still see the ocean. The listing says two rooms but it doesn’t mention that they are connected by a closet. That meant that only two bifold doors separated us from the kid’s room, so not a lot of privacy. It’s about a mile walk to a coffee shop and a mile to the pier. Great location!! We really enjoyed our stay.

Beware: Cockroaches

Be careful. The room is infested with cockroaches as of April 2025. It was good otherwise but the cockroaches ruin any housing experience. I saw four cockroaches at once, so there are likely more that I did not see.

Disappointed

Three issues were never resolved after multiple contacts with management, even though they said they would send someone, they did not. #1; Shower curtain fell off the wall and hit my 83 year old Aunt on the head! It would not stay up because it was only a tension rod and not secured into the wall, and could not be put up by us. #2; Doorwall had no lock! #3; Doorwall blind was broken and we could not close or open the blind, and had to push it aside to sit on the balance. Overall very disappointed in the quality and lack of response. Would not recommend this property.

On the beach and a great view. Place was very clean but extremely outdated. Access to the beach was difficult as the ramp was under construction, but never saw anyone actually working on it. Pool was nice, small, and fully shaded.

Great ocean view and access to the beach as well as walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was clean. What would have been good was to have some more basic amenities like Kleenex. There was a coffee pot and filters but not any ground coffee or pre-packaged coffee that would be great. We were only staying a couple of nights so did not bring that and thought there would be enough for at least a starter pack.
