Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed the house and the pool. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised. Would recommend for families and we would definitely stay here again!

Great House But...

Right next to a building complex which is under construction. There was a foul odor in the kitchen sink garbage disposal so we blocked it off with the stopper. The living room ceiling started leaking badly on day 3...WiFi didn't work. We did like the house and the pool. Had all necessities for beach and pool use. Everyone was comfortable. I sent several messages to VBRO host regarding g leak...Hope they can get it ASAP to fix it.

Relaxing weekend stay

We loved the location. It was close to the beach with alot of resturaunt and retail choices. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing that I would say could be improved is the upstairs pullout couch. It was noisy when you rolled over and not very comfortable. over and not very comfor

Jax beach vacation

We enjoyed our visit to your house in Jacksonville Beach. Everything was just as the listing described and we had a great time. Our three great grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. The freezer door didn’t work very well and some of the stove top burners were difficult to regulate. Other than that our stay was great.

Wonderful Mothers Day Getaway

This home is beautiful inside and out. It is very inviting, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The beds were comfortable and had soft linens. It was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the beach is within walking or biking distance. The pool has an outdoor shower with warm water for rinsing the beach off before getting in. The only negatives we had at the property was the water pressure in each bathroom shower wasn't the greatest and the pool was full of leaves & yard debris even though the vacuum was in the bottom of it (not running) and the jets weren't on circulating the water. Also, the prior renters didn't clean up after their dogs so there was quite a bit of dog poop in the grassy area by the pool as we had no pets with us. I would still highly recommend the property and entertain renting it again.

Beautiful home

Lovely home, well equipped with linens, and supplies, appliances etc. I chose the location because I used to live on the west side of the intercostal in Jacksonville and I knew the spring break traffic would be crazy on the beach locations. I was right! Easy getting to the beach and restaurants, shopping. Only complaint was the garage wasn’t open for anyone to park their cars! Mine is always in a garage and I really wanted that! 😕 Some things weren’t working, like the lights over the pool, and some electrical plugs. Nothing major! We all had a great peaceful stay and would DEFINITELY recommend it for anyone.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful you had everything you needed. It was close to the beach and shops and restaurants. One of the main reasons I booked this place was because of the pool. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it had not been cleaned and the pump was not working properly. I contacted someone on the 26th the day of check-in, the pool was not fixed until the 28th the day prior to our departure. I tried contacting the host on numerous occasions and have yet to hear back from them. I had to call the 800 number many times the cleanliness of the home was terrible. There was mold in the washing machine, which you could smell when you open the door , the banister at the stairs is sticky. I wiped it with a cloth and it was black. The towels that are downstairs in the half bath. A roach crawled out of one of the towels as my three-year-old was trying to dry off. I read in review someone left in March that the lights above the pool did not work. I was sure by now this issue has been fixed although it's not a big concern I'd still like him to be fixed but they were not. Obviously the owner of the property doesn't really care because I've yet to hear back from them. We paid $1600 for our vacation and cannot even enjoy it. We finally got to get in the pool the day before we had to leave and when you have to check out at 10 AM so that someone can come in and clean you expect a home to be in pristine condition. This home was not.
