Cozy Beach Getaway with Heated Pool and Florida Room

This charming single-story beach house has recently undergone a complete renovation. It is nestled in a peaceful and centrally located neighborhood in Jax Beach, just a short 8-block stroll from the beautiful coastline. The house boasts three inviting bedrooms, two well-appointed bathrooms, a dedicated dining area, and a recently remodeled kitchen. The spacious living room is furnished with a large, comfortable sectional couch, while an adjoining game room provides further entertainment. This alluring property is set on a single level, and the highlight of its private backyard is the newly constructed saltwater pool, featuring a sizable swim deck. With every amenity you could desire for an enjoyable beach vacation or extended stay, this home provides an ideal retreat.
POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We loved the location of the property, how clean everything was, and how easy it was to check in/ out! The pool and back yard were beautiful and well maintained. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Family trip

Very nice home with a great pool that my 3 daughters (4,3,1.5) absolutely loved. It's a bit of a hike to the beach but the wagon they have available was very helpful. Would stay again!

Everyone loved it

Wonderful property. Everyone loved it. Nicely furnished, clean and updated. Only complaint were the TV's. Took a few days to figure them out and could not get any local channels.

Wonderful house!

I rented Mermaid Cove as it is next door to my neice and her two daughters. I usually stay in a hotel but I splurged on the house with the "fancy pool" and I'm so glad I did. The house was immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfortable, each room had a TV with a working remote, everything about it was fabulous. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, but there is a fold-up wagon in the garage to take all your stuff. But you may not want to leave the pool...ever

Worth the stay!

I only rated this property 4 out of 5 stars because the AC went out the second night. It got up to 78 that night, 86 during the day. He was quick to send AC people to help, but it took them the afternoon - and they sent a crew of guys to help. So while we were in the backyard swimming and trying to enjoy our time unplugged - there were a crew of men working. Other than that - the property was super clean - inside and out. No spider webs. Outdoor covers were clean. Property had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. It was homey! (And 5 minutes to the beach and shops!) we will be back!

Thanksgiving by the pool

This place felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Tastefully decorated and full of sunlight, comfort, and conveniences, we enjoyed the indoors... but LOVED the outdoor setting. It was a private oasis. We soaked up the sun and enjoyed the warm pool the entire Thanksgiving week. Breakfast at the rec room countertop and lunch in the outside pavilion became our daily routine. The walk to the beach in the afternoon was safe, easy, and fun. Thank you for a delightful experience. We will be back!

Easy breezy beachy

Tisha was great to work with. I had great communication throughout the process. The only problem we experienced was that it was advertised with a heated pool, but the heater had yet to be installed. The heater did arrive while we were staying at the property but of course they had to schedule a time to have it connected at some later date. They did offer me a reasonable concession for not having the heater install. I appreciate that. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property. Everything is well-maintained, and we really loved the layout of the house. There was a perfect bar that face the large television in the living room. The pool area was super nice with umbrellas and a large picnic table. Thumbs up!

Nice, but wouldn’t stay again

House was beautifully remodeled and pictures are accurate, but it had some leaking from the roof and water damage near floor from the day we arrived. The project manager did get back to me right away. The house could use some additional items for a better stay - a broom to keep things tidy, mixing bowls, and sheet pans. The neighborhood was fine, but Not the most walking-friendly (due to lack of sidewalks and construction). The house is nice, the pool was grear…with a few more changes, my rating would go up for sure.

Mini vacation

The property managers were friendly and accommodating. The house was cute. Spent most of our time enjoying the saltwater pool, with sun shelf. Overall it was great for our short stay.
